Has anyone lost any weight with this kind of diet pills, it does give me alot of energy I have only been taking it for a week now.
I been taking this pill for 8days with a moderate diet and 1 1/2hrs of exercise every day and I have lost 10lbs! It gives me alot of energy to exercise because I was not a big fan of exercising. I am totally loving it……. I will keep posting weekly or bi-weekly the progress….. ;)

I been taking xenadrine rfa-x for 2 weeks now with a strict diet and regular cardio almost 4-5 times a week fist week i have started with 2 pills a day (morning et before supper) et gradually up to 4 pills a day at the same time.
