After looking at all the ingredients in Trimspa X32, I was quite disappointed in their mix. The original Trimspa was very innovative and before it’s time while this resembles a product about ten years behind in technology and new innovations. About the only ingredient I like in Trimspa X32 is green tea. Green Tea is a great supplement. It’s a powerful antioxidant, appetite suppressant and stimulant all wrapped up in one.

They really needed some other effective ingredients in there to truly make it an effective product but unfortunately that didn’t happen. The rest of the products are pretty substandard at best.
