After looking at all the ingredients in Trimspa X32, I was quite disappointed in their mix. The original Trimspa was very innovative and before it’s time while this resembles a product about ten years behind in technology and new innovations. It feels like watching an old heavyweight champ who used to hold the title but now gets knocked around in the ring.
About the only ingredient I like in Trimspa X32 is green tea. Green Tea is a great supplement. It’s a powerful antioxidant, appetite suppressant and stimulant all wrapped up in one.
They really needed some other effective ingredients in there to truly make it an effective product but unfortunately that didn’t happen. The rest of the products are pretty substandard at best.

I was just wondering why this website was bashing green tea on the green tea diet pill and then saying it was the only good ingrediant in this pill. Maybe this site is just promoting the only 3 diet pills that they want to sell?????
I was thinking the samething Stephanie. The only really good thing about this website is that you can read what other people thought of different products. Sometimes it seems as if some of the people are working for the site and posting comments.

You people must take it and still eat whatever you want and sit on your asses!!! There is still diet and exercise required with any diet pill. It was the first diet pill i tried and with a healthy diet and regularly exercising daily I lost 25lbs in 2 months. Dont be lazy!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Trimspa X32 for a few years. My personal experience with this product is positive. I lost 10lbs in two months; however like Brian, I watched what I ate(three meals a day) and excercised. I like the product because it does not suppress my appetite totally-which in my opinion is not good; and it does not make me shaky or queasy-like other supplements I have tried. I think the keys to success are consistency, proper eating and excercise. It works when I put on pounds and I need to shape up without the uneasy feelings.
