slimquick did work for me but as soon as you stop using it I gained weight back. So the weight I lost was maybe only water weight. So added in some extras I lost 2 inches off my belly and legs in just 2 weeks. I work out 2 hours a day and eat less then 1700 calories a day so does it work who knows but so far so good I only use the product during the week and as soon as i run out I wont be purchasing again.

I took a SlimQuick one morning and didn’t read all the warnings. I had had a dark chocolate bar the night before, and a SlimFast bar for breakfast with a cup of decaf tea. Two hours later I was shaking, sweating and extremely nauseous. I threw up for a few hours and could barely make it to bed from the dizziness.

I took it and I actually liked it. It did make me very hyper tho, but I enjoyed the energy it gave me. I stopped it and began having cravings for more food so I binged -_- … Sigh…

I took slimquick a year ago for two weeks and lost 8 pounds. The third week I left for Disney World so that kinda messed up the whole diet thing. But while I was on it it didn’t bother me at all. It gave me energy to work out but nothing other then that. I started slimquick again 3 days ago and so far so good, i’m down 2 pounds and I only work out every other day. People have to remember that every person is going to react to something different….not everyone is the same. Just because slimquick made you sick or didn’t work for you doesn’t mean it won’t for someone else.

I’ve been taking this stuff now for 3 weeks, and I feel just fine. The trick is to eat healthy and to have a high tolerance for caffeine witch I do. I like it I lost 5 pounds.

I guess every diet pill works on everyone differently. I purchased slimquick in May 2008 by the end of May I noticed a difference,I notice I was more energetic, In June when I went to the Doctor I had lost 10lbs,I thought wow 10lbs it isnt a lot but it is a start.So I decided to keep trying slimquick. Well here it is September and I have lost a total of 37 pounds and I am still loosing.You have to know I was a size 22 pant size and now I am down to a 16. Now I feel it could be a bit more but, of course I have slipped a few times on different foods.But between the weight loss, I now have more energy, and my attitude in life has changed also. All in all I think slimquick works! Maybe it just works on certain people. You know everyone is different. I tried the Dexatrim before and a few other things throughout my time, none had worked. Well I just took my first pill today and now I read all this stuff. I can’t return the bottle so i guess I’ll use it till it’s gone. After I ballooned up from having my son(2yrs ago). I went out and bought SlimQuick. I had accidentally taken 2 pills my first morning.WOW! I was light headed, sick as a dog, jittery. So the next day, I only take one. I had the same symptoms, but I also felt like my mind was moving in slow motion? Not quite myself. So I have only used 3 pills out of the whole bottle, and bought it months ago. Still have the bottle.Thanks to this website, I’m gonna try one of the Top 3 pills.

I bought this product – took one pill and then read the warnings! too bad I had not seen this site before I wasted my money … One of the warnings is to NOT take Slimquick if taking any prescription drugs and I daily take Arimidex after having breast cancer. Manufactures should put warnings on the outside of the packaging and not on the bottle within the box! and another thing — the print is too small. I had to use a magnifying glass to read it (and I am not that old !)

I just started slimquick yesterday and found this website today. Obviously it is too soon to see any results. But I feel optimistic. I bought the drink powder. The caffeine doesn’t seem to bother me because I drink too much of it anyway (well, not anymore because I drink slimquick). For me, this works more as a behavior modification because now I do have to drink the water, which I didn’t before. I also like the increased energy. I needed it to jump start an excersise program. This may be just a placebo effect, but who cares IF IT WORKS why argue with it. Will I buy more ? I don’t know, it’s too soon to tell yet!

I tried the cleansing formula and the results were for me anyway bad cramps and waterery bowels. I have a very high tolerance to caffiene and I guess it is the senna that I must be sensitive to. I gave the bottle to a friend but told her what I experienced hopefully she will have success, otherwise $$$ down the drain….oh well.

Hello everyone I have not tried slim quick yet but I have been thinking long and hard about it. I’ve also heard mixed reviews about the Alli pills. I really don’t want to shit on myself. So I will be giving it a try and I will keep you’ll posted!

Well, I just bought slimquick yesterday and I agree with Donna I feel optimistic. I believe that there could be issues with any diet pill. However, if you read the instructions and follow them to the best of your ability then you’ll be fine. If you don’t like the results after a week or two then put the pills down. You could probably find a forum like this one on any diet pill you try so if you want to listen to the critics then you shouldn’t be taking diet pills in the first place. I am also use to caffeine so I haven’t had any terrible side effects so far. I will post back next week to fill everyone in. Good Luck to everyone on their weightloss journey!

I tried slimquick this time last year and loss 30 pds. I was working for a job that had me walking alot and my energy was great. I have not gained back the weight but jobs have changed to driving and sitting so I’m going to go back to slimqquick to make sure I don’t regain the weight, I was a size 22 and now I’m a 16 for almost a year, I think it works fine no bad side effects just energy. I ran out of pills thats the only reason I stop taking them, going for bottle number 2. Good luck all. I looked and felt great belly went down too.

I’ve been taking slim quick for the past few days. Yes, you’ll pee more since caffeine is a diuretic and you’re probably drinking more water too. The constipation could come from not drinking enough either (up your fiber and water intake). I tried taking the hoodia slimquick (green bottle) in conjunction with slimquick (blue bottle), but the hoodia slimquick made me mildly nauseous, so I stopped taking that. Yes, you’ll drop a couple of pounds in the first couple days (3 for me), but I promise you that’s just water weight and not permanent. I do now have some extra energy from the pills, but it’s not too much. Do stick to the 1 week introductory period, it’ll help prevent jitters. Good luck.

Took Slimquick…made me feel good first couple of hours, then I would get tired and very hungry in pm. Also had me urinating…ALOT. I don’t feel it works at all.

I purchased Slimquick Cleanse, Slimquick, and Slimquick Hoodia and had nothing but problems with it. I was up all night and felt like I would throw up at a moments notice. I was shaking so bad that I could not hold a cup or glass. I think that it interfered with my other medications. I did the cleanse, and started on the Slimquick and Slimquick Hoodia. I quit taking it to see if my symtoms disappeared and they did. I won’t take any more and would like to get my money back. It does not work for me. I lost no weigh in two weeks, matter of fact I gained 3 pounds.

I just recently purchased slimquick the powder. I have been only taking it for two days but i have noticed it does boost my energy level, which helps me while i work out… It also has decreased my appitite too, which for me is not a really good thing cuz i dont each much to begin with. I have nothing bad really to say about it. It never hurts to try something new!

Slimquick has worked great for me. I’ve lost weight and feel wonderful!

If SlimQuick doesn’t work for me, I will be going back to Weight Watchers.

I started taking slimquick powder for about 3 days now… Moday i went to practice soccer as i usually do and i had more energy than before, yesterday tuesday i didn’t feel any difference from any other day, today i took 2 powders one in the morning and one in the afternoon, i feel thinner, i think is just for the water retention that i got rid off, i’m peeing often,too. I’m eating healtier and just going to soccer practice every other day… I’m going to try to finish the whole box and keep you all inform, if it works or not…

p.s I took it beacuse of what it says : helps you regulate hormones and stress, and all that… but i’m looking forward to loose weight as well… wish you luck everyone…

I started the SlimQuick powder drink mix! So far i love it! It’s my first week and i am so energized, im less stressed (and i have a million stressful things right now!) i focused on school better, and i really got into my workouts! So far i felt no side effects, except at night it takes a bit longer for me to settle down to sleep. but other then that i love it so far. i feel really good and i havent even lost wieght yet! im excited for what the future holds

I started slimquick today and it scared me because I was all over my house cleaning and could’nt stop talking. Even my son notice. Then I realize that it had alot of caffeine and I have high blood pressure then it scared me. I’m going to the doctor on friday and ill ask her if it is safe. I’ll keep you posted. Personally, I like Slimquick… I started Nutrisystem about 2 months ago, and have lost 18 pounds so far.. Along with eating right, I have been trying to exercise.. Unfortunately, I have been so tired.. Taking 2-4 hour naps every day, because I just couldn’t stay awake.. I am NOT a pop or coffee drinker, and I don’t like chocolate much, so I don’t get much caffeine.. In all of this, I started taking Slimquick.. I am not used to caffeine, but even with that, Slimquick didn’t give me too much energy to cause me the jitters.. Everyone is different, but I think if you take too many pills, not eat right, don’t exercise to release some of that energy, or don’t drink enough water, take it with other medications or caffeine, it’ll definately give you bad side effects.. So all in all.. I like Slimquick.. It gives me just enough energy, and I think helps me with my mood.

I started taking slimquick a couple days ago and have noticed alot of difference. I have way more energy and I am not as hungry as I was. Before slimquick I would binge all the time. I agree with a few of you. It works for me, you have to exercise with it not just take it and expect it to work on it’s own. That is what I use to think with all the ohter pills “oh this one doesn’t work or that one doesn’t work” and end up buying every pill out there. YOU HAVE TO WORK OUT!!!!! and buy it making you have to pee alot, that is what you want. If you were drinking the right amount of water that you ae suppose to drink yes you would be peeing alot.

I’ve been taking Slimquick for about 1/2 a month now and don’t mind it. I have a lot of energy for a while in the morning. When I crash, I take another pill. I think after this bottle, though, I am going to just buy caffeine pills and see how those work. I haven’t really lost or gained any weight wince I’ve been on it. My weight fluctuates up or down about 3 pounds every day because I drink a LOT of water, so I haven’t really seen much of a difference in water weight, I just drink more now than I did before. I get dizzy spells but have had them my whole life because of low blood pressure and don’t think they’re related to Slimquick at all. No other symptoms.

I started slim quick about 3 weeks ago and I amn pleased. I have more energy and it supresses my appetite. I am less bloated and overall feel great. The only bad side effect I experienced was constipation which tends to make you feel bloated even if you don’t look it. I to have heard Alli works but can cause accidents. For that reason I am afraid to go that route. Overall, I would recommend it.

Slimquick gave me the worst headaches of my life. I rarely get headaches: I don’t know how many times I’ve had to throw out those little travel bottles of Tylenol because I’ve had them for too long, that’s how rare and minor my headaches are. I took caffeine pills quite a bit during my undergrad and I never got headaches from those. I don’t know what they put in these pills besides caffeine but whatever it is it made my head pound and made me feel nauseated.

ijust finished the 7 day slimquick cleanse and started the slimquik hoodia today i didnt have any problems with the cleanse i really feel good and i have noticed a change in the way my clothes fit. i didnt weigh myself before i started. but will post how it works for me.

Just starting using it the powder packets for one week! I love the energy it gives you, too soon to tell if it is working. I will try it for a few weeks and keep you updated. The very first time I tried it I was a little hyper but it has been fine every since.

I started taking slimquick 2 weeks ago and I have lost 11lbs and several inchs(My husband and I both noticed that), Yeah!! I haven’t had any side effects to date and I’m hopeful that this will work. I am on my 4th day of the “gentle” cleanse and boy does it cleanse! I started wht Slimquick powder yesterday and have lost 4 pounds. The only problem I have noticed is having very loose bowels. I would take constipation right now. I am going to keep using it in conjuction with Weight Watchers (whick I will go to on Wednesday). Let’s hope it works.

I started taking slimquick, on January 1th of 2006. I was 235 pounds then. I simply walked for about 30 minuts a day, 3 day a week. By june of 2006 I was down to 175 pounds. Today I no longer need slinquick to stay trim. I eat right and exersise as often as I can to stay trim. After loosing 60 pounds with it, I’ll say buy the product, follow the instructions and make up your own mind.

I started taking Slim Quick on January 2, 2008. I have had more energy. However, I have been experiencing trouble sleeping, constipation, frequent urination, and increased sweat. I follow the directions on the package, drink a Slim Fast for lunch, eat a Healthy Choice or Weight Watchers Lunch, a sensible dinner and drink plenty of water/Gatorade, but I continue to experience these unpleasant side effects. I don’t even think its worth me continuing to take, if I am going to experience these side effects. I lost 30 pounds by changing my diet; I think I will continue with the natural way. I tried Slim Quick, because I was not loosing weight as quickly as I was before, but Slim Quick is not the thing for me.

I just completed my second day on the SlimQuick Clense. It has indeeded cleaned me out! This is what I expected it to do. I have done many colon cleanses in the past and this is what it is suppose to do. I feel very clean and my stomach feels almost back to normal after feeling bloated through the holidays. I did have a little cramping, gas the first day (could have been from the beans on my salad , pee a lot (of course I pee a lot when I drink a lot of water, this is to be expected), after SEVERAL bathroom visits my stool became watery. I have never tried SlimQuick, however, over the years I’ve tried many similar products only to lose weight and gain it all back as soon as I stopped taking whatever my drug of choice was. However, I FINALLY get it! Permanent weight loss can only occur with permanent lifestyle changes! I lost 100 pounds without one diet pill or gimmick all on my own! I simply made healthier food choices and I exercise at least 5 days a week! Well I am going today and purchase SlimQuick and I will start it Friday morning so I can start it off right.I have been a heavy person for along time I was a skinny bean pole when I was a kid but as I approached my teen yrs the weight started and I haven’t been able to get rid of it. I am so glad that I have come to this website to look at all the reviews for SlimQuick. I too have weight that I need to get off but my health and safety is first. I dont want to take this product because I have noticed that women who have started taking the pills in like the first month seem not to have complaints but the ones who have used it the most seem to have more negative things to say about the product then positive. I think that instead of taking the easy route I am going to do the old fashion way and just eat right and exercise.

I took slimquick and I have been using it on and off for almost 2 years. Yes, you do go to the bathroom more, but it is getting rid of waste. I never have gotten constipated. With anything, just be careful. I dropped 10 pounds right of way just by not drinking soda. Slimquick has helped me maintain. I lost over 50 pounds before I started slimquick, I just don’t want to gain anything back. It helps…and walk alot and drink water.

I took slimquick last year and went from 250 to 235 in 2months,I was estatic but I also exercised and changed my diet.It was a great motivator to me.I’m trying it again and I have so much more energy and I dont feel so lazy anymore.I encourage women to do what works for them if i is safe because you don’t only look better.You feel better.

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

I forced myself to take these for a week because i thought my body would adjust, but no way. I felt jittery, nauseous, weak, and got major headaches. I wish I would have read the reviews. definitely not for people who are sensitive/ not accustomed to tons of caffeine. Be careful! I also felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest, and after it wore off i was exhausted.

I am on my second day of the SlimQuick pills. Before starting this I took the 7 day Cleansing pills.

I haven’t had any problems other then an increase in energy and the weather is rotton.

I’ve tried to drink at least 100 oz of water a day and stick to a diet that I found a few months back. But it’s hard to do because no one else here is dieting. I find my self slipping a lot of the time.

I also have a foot injury so exersice is pretty limited right now. So basically what I am getting is a lot of input and NO output.

But just since I’ve started watching what I eat and taking the SlimQuick I’ve lost 14 pounds. Where as before, I was simply gaining.

I think we all react differently to certain things. Is there harm in trying this? I doubt it. And if it don’t work, don’t give up. Just be sure to realize it does take an effort on your part to watch what you are doing.

i have always been a yo-yo dieter because i have a pear shaped body and tend to gain more on the bottom than the top. i had went from 185lbs to 130 lbs from working out to exercise dvd’s and a weight loss pill that used ephedra. since that is no longer on the market i tried slim quick and over time i went from a size 10 to a size 6 in a matter of months and felt fine. of course i worked out 3-5 times a week any where from 30 min. to 1 hour per day. now in jan of 2009 i have put on more weight and slim quick is my choice. it works great and people asked me what i use and i tell them how to take it. i never use the cleanse because i have 2-3 b.m’s on a regular. yes, everyone is different and you have to find the one that works for you and slim quick is one of the ones that truly works!!!!!!!!!

i weighed 190 lb dec 2008 today march 3 i weigh 165, but i had also joined curves , i think you have to put in ur part of the work to, but slimquick has help me alot,i drink plenty of water, and havent had no side affects, everyone reacts different just check with your doctor, but for me i am on cloud 9 thanks slimquick

I agree with you Sharon (Sept 2008). Some pills do not work for others as it will for you. I started taking the Slimquick in December 2008. I saw results in one week. As of today, I have lost 31 lbs and still continuing to loose. Slimquick seems to work for me without the caffeine and has brought me down from a size 22 pant to a 14 pant size.

I’ve used this before and I found I lost a little weight. This was a couple of years ago. Im now eating better and I have been going to Curves for about 2 months now. Im going to buy this product again because with my work outs and walking 2miles every couple days, I think it will work just fine.

I like this product. I bought the Appetite Control Powder due to it HAS NO CAFFEINE in it! I can’t handle caffeine, so when I read on the box that it was caffeine fee I was happy!

For people who are complaining about the shakes, ect you should maybe READ the BOX before BUYING IT! It clearly says it has caffine in it. Plus if you are taking it then don’t drink coffee or drink caffeine drinks.

You can’t blame the product if the label is right there saying what is in it. Plus, there are so many diet things out there that maybe google the product for any complaints on a product before buying it so it saves you the money and time plus then no one has to read your bad reviews here on this site!

For people who can’t have caffeine, then take the caffeine free appetite control (berry or pink lemonade) powder mixes.

Now those work. It does control your appetite and you do not eat so much nor do you feel hungry either.

Just take it like it says on the box, 30 to 60 min before your meal and you will have no problems. But do read what the label says about how to use in the first week compared to week 2.

People labels are on products for reasons! READ THEM

There have been several people that have asked if this product will make your blood pressure rise. No one knows, or the people taking this product doesn’t have high blood pressure.

i bought slim quick cleanse and the blue bottle, and i am going to start them tomorrow. i’m not sensitive to caffine, but i am weary about this product. i just hope that i have the same good results that others have had. just keep in mind everyone that there is no “magic pill” to keep us thin and in shape. we still need to eat healthy and work out. and as with all diet pills becareful how you use them. your health is more important than some pill. if it works great, if not theres always the diet and exersise method….. good luck to you all. *^_^*

Most of these posts are from people who won’t or refuse to read up before taking this product. These peopleact shocked at their results when they don’t pay attention to the instructions and warnings.

And to those of you scolding others on how it’s all a scam, go find something else to do. Why are YOU here exactly if you know it’s a scam? Sounds like sour grapes on your own part.

i took these in early april for 3 weeks.. it made me went to the bathroom.. more of peeing… it didnt make me go # 2 at all… i notice it stopped my cravings.. but it wasnt strong enough for me.. i did go alil’ bit ozzie but was fine.. just drink enough water to maintain the dehyration…

this is good if you want to lose weight.. and also..

everyBODY isnt the same.. some will work on you and some wont.. so it just depends on your body if you can take the pill or not…

Im confused…can somebody letme know how to start drinking this slim quick…I got 2 bottles one for cleansing and one for weight loss supplements…do i drink them same time? Aaaaaaaaa please HELP!!!

well i have not lost any weight i had just a little energy with these pills i am 315 pounds i take them like i shuld but they are a scam they made me feel like i wes crazy i have not been the same since i been on the pills i feel more depresss and sad i feel sick and very tied after they will wear off i will never take these dam pills again i will thrrow away the pill bottle now as we speek thank you dont waist your money please ok

and an added note for babetot you have to do the cleanse first and when your done the cleanse cycle then you can start the weight loss you can not do them both at the same time

I just read most of the reviews on this page and it makes me even more optimistic. I know a lot people on here say that it doesn’t work, but they have to remember that EVERYTHING isn’t for EVERYBODY. I just bought the pills today and I’m going to start them tomorrow at breakfast. I know they will work, and if not, I already have fixed my eating habits and I work out 6 days a week for 1 hour. So just remember to do your part, and you’ll be fine! I’ll keep you all updated. Let’s go ladies!

started taking slimquick about 2-3 days ago and already feeling the changes, i love it. i have a 9 month old and i work almost full time so i need the energy it gives me. i feel better every day i noticed a difference in the way my clothes are fitting and i didnt go through all that hyperness or headaches i just changed my eating habits which was pretty hard cause i work at mcdonalds so i have everything there right in front of me tempting me al the time. but with all the new foods and exercise i am walking about a mile and a half each night after it cools down and i feel great and i think like they say if u put out the effort towards the product the product will put out the effort for you. good luck ladies

I have really enjoyed loosing my weight, I started with the cleanse like the information booklet said to do. And it really helped me I felt healthier from the start, then after the cleanse I started the Slimquick reapid release caplets and I feel fine. No Shakes, No Jitters, my appetite is surpressed. I eat healthy even though I do not want to eat. I drink plenty of water I guess that helps with everything else. NO Caffeine at all in my diet. I Love it for a surpessant. Now I can actually go through my day with out eating everything.

I started SlimQuick in Dec 08. I know bad time to start but I didn’t gain weight during the holidays. I have lost 24 lbs since then using the blue box. The only thing I miss is I don’t want soda any more and used to love my soda. From size 16/18 to 10/12 Yeah. Sure early jitters but give it time. I beleive it is more likely to stay off if it is slow. We didn’t put in on over night – only seems like it. Best of luck to all.

Tried sliimquick off and on for a year. Pros: Helped to regulate my period-strange I know. Gave me more energy. Helped curb my sweet tooth and I felt full on less food. I did lose weight too-nearly 10 lbs. Cons: Made me pee alot. I sweated more-esp at night. The instant I stopped taking it the weight came back. So I’m starting it again only when I get to my goal weight I’ll just take one or two pills a day with my vitamin. Good Luck!

I use the powder slimquick you put in water. I put 1 packet each of the diet and the appetizer suppressant into 1/2 gal of water. (I also add more water after I drink the first two large glasses) Lost 7 lbs in two weeks (sure it was mostly water weight). BUT have energy to work out and actaully ‘feel’ thinner. Jeans fit better. I think by using the packets in the water #1 gets me to drink more water through out the day. #2 fills me up so I am not munching all day. There are no miracle weight loss products, but this seems to be getting me on track….
