SlimQuick Extreme

SlimQuick Extreme claims to be the “strongest female fat burner.” That’s a pretty bold statement, so as always I have done some research and taken a much closer look. Here is a summary of what the product offers…

The SlimQuick Extreme formula includes six “exclusive” formulas:

  1. CYCLOVITE Vitamin & Mineral Complex
  2. NUTRATHERM Thermogenic Complex
  3. ESTROTRIM Hormone Balancing Complex
  4. CORTIFEM Stress Reducing Complex
  5. AQUAPLEX Water Removal Complex
  6. XTEND Absorption and Time Released Complex

A quick summary of what these mean -

  1. These are common vitamins you would find in any daily multi-vitamin.
  2. A highly caffeinated mix of green tea, caffeine, yerba mate, and clary sage. These are all pretty good ingredients, but only in the right balance.
  3. A small dose of two compounds which have been shown in some cases to relieve symptoms of PMS and menopause.
  4. Chemicals found in green tea and ginseng which claim to help you relax.
  5. Diuretics (they make you pee) which claim to get rid of “water weight”. This is not a long-term way to lose weight or improve appearance.
  6. A few chemicals that claim to improve the effectiveness of the entire formula.

Beyond all of the fancy invented names, this just a formula with a lot of variety but not a lot of “punch” as most of the effective ingredients are included in low concentrations or the concentrations are unknown.

Cost and Conclusion

For a minimum of $35 , this doesn’t appear to be the most expensive product on the market, but certainly does not appear to be the most effective either. It is not necessarily a dangerous or completely unfounded formula, but in the apparent balance it is unlikely to be effective . I do not recommend SlimQuick Extreme for women or men. There are better products out there.
