lisa November 14, 2008 at 11:20 pm: I took nearly a 2 month supply of these BEFORE reading the dangers of this product. The first few days I felt a little light headed and had a headache, but after that I felt fine. In fact, I felt really peppy, happy, and energetic the entire time I was taking these. When i read that they might cause liver damage I was sad because I liked the feeling I had while taking them. As far as a weight loss product, complete waste of money. I lost NO weight in the entire time I took this product and I was careful about not over eating. I would not recommend this as a weight loss product to anyone.
Prisca February 3, 2009 at 1:18 am: This product is totally rubbish, not to mention over-priced. I bought it because of the 100s of positive reviews I read (on their site!….silly me. I actually GAINED 7.5 pounds after I started taking this. I exercise faithfully at least six times a week. Prior to taking SLim 10, I had taken Lipo 6 and Lipo 6x. They worked wonders for me, I dropped 8 pounds in two months and was at my ideal weight. I stopped taking them in January 2008 but kept at my ideal weight. I wanted to be razor cut for a show I was appearing in in the Fall of 2008, so I started taking Slim 10. Bad mistake !!!! Now I’m dieting and back on Lipo 6 to try to lose the weight that I gained on Slim 10. Don’t be fooled by the positive feedback on their site, I believe most of them are made up!
