Size 0 or 0 Effect?

Size 0 is a diet pill taking advantage of the unhealthy hype behind an unhealthy anorexic-looking trend among models and Hollywood celebrities.  Happily claiming to be “all the BUZZ right now with its very presentable and captivating packaging”, this product doesn’t exactly have a lot to brag about apparently if it’s mentioning its packaging first.  But though it does claim to have a great formula, it doesn’t exactly come clean on its details.

Size 0 Ingredients

There are four proprietary blends in Size 0, including the following

  • Weight Loss Support Blend (785 mg) – Caffeine, Green Tea, Yerba Mate, Green Coffee Bean, Cardia Salisfolia, Cocoa, Taurine, and Citrus Naringin
  • Appetite Support Complex (17 mg) – Hoodia gordonii, Smithin Jojoba, Griffonia Simplicifolia
  • Beauty Support Blend (11 mg) – Horsetail leaf, Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen, Choline, Silica, Biotin, Chamomile Flower, L-Cysteine, Methionine
  • Estrogen Support Complex (4 mg) – Chaste Tree Berry, Dong Quai, Daidzein, Vitex agnus-castus

So this is obviously a complex formula, including some legitimately effective ingredients for weight loss like the green tea/caffeine combo, and yerba mate.  These are largely stimulants to boost your metabolism  and they are also fairly inexpensive.  Then, as if to justify the $50 price tag, this product includes a slew of other ingredients in tiny amounts.

Hoodia gordonii isn’t even proven to be effective at large doses much less in a mix of 17 mg.  This is ridiculous.  Moreover, the rest of the ingredients do not disclose their exact concentrations, making it impossible to know whether they will help you or not.  It appears to be a recipe for a placebo.

Size 0 Pros

  • Green Tea/Caffeine

Size 0 Cons

  • Over-priced
  • Weak concentrations

Size 0 Conclusion

Even though the “Science Behind Size 0” section of the website is still “under construction” there really doesn’t seem to be a lot behind this product other than deceptive advertising and unhealthy hype.  If you really want to “get into that dress”, I suggest a regular exercise routine and a product that discloses legitimate ingredient amounts.  I clearly do not recommend Size 0.
