I would like to take a diet pill, just to lose ten lbs. but I have High blood pressure and i am affraid they will hurt me. I exercise every day by walking etc. Please write if there is a safe pill that i can take.

There are no warning signs on the labels of diet pills, for people with High Blood pressure. I think there should be, this way we will try another way besides the pills. I know walking is great, and i do this. I watch what i eat,and drink diet soda, water, and eat other low fat food.

Hello everyone. I’m really sorry to tell you that there is no pill that could make uss lose weight and stay that way. I have tried so many of them and no result. I am 25 years old …The last pill I tried was alli and I used this 3 years ago. It helped me a little but 3 months after taking alli I had to go to the doctor immediately. I thought I was having a heart attack. My doc said I had gas reflex which was caused after I started taking alli. The doc said it’s not from the pill but I still blame it on alli. I stopped taking all this junk that people come up with to make money. I tried walking more and drinking lots of water, also eating smaller portions. I lost about 20 pounds in 6 months. Yes, it wasn’t fast but trust me, it was in a healthy way. I had a baby 8 months ago, and during the pregnancy I gained 45 pounds. So frustrated. I told my husband no more kids and this one is the only one we have. I’ve been really stressed raising my baby and going to school, that I haven’t paid much attention to my weight. Now that summer time is here I want to look as I did before I had my baby and that is my reason for looking for diet pills. Even though I know they don’t work I still thought maybe they had come out with a new solution but at the end of my search I came to conclusion that it is all a scam. We need to go out there, walk at least 2 miles a day, watch what we put in our stomach, and drink a lot of water. Well here it is,
I was about 450 lbs and in a wheel chair my husband had beat me when ever he felt the urge then one day I said enough and kick him out. I have been over weight since about 12 and am 41 now but had ovarian surgery and they cut me from my navel to well as far as you can go and sewed a hair in so naturally I infected so I was bed ridden for six to eight months after. My muscles in my stomach grew oddly together and now they are non existent and my stomach hangs to my knees, or should I say it did. I recently got divorced(3 years ago) and found a wonderful man what love won’t do to you since then I have lost 130 lbs am not sure how but my stomach is still there and always will be. 12 years ago i went on the slim fast diet with 1 hr of walking and using a ab roller 100situps .i lost 65 lb in 4 months. 5 yrs ago i was on leave of my job and started putting it back on. well here i go again i’m 45 yrs old and need to lose that 65lb again i have been on this same diet as before and after 3 weeks i have lot 15lb. i know it will come off if i walk 1 hr a day 30 in the morn. 30 at evening them darn sit ups that are a little harder 12 yrs later.just give this a try.its working for me.

I am also very unhappy with my weight its very hard to run after my toddler, and its sometimes hard to just move around with my back a waist pains becuase of it. Ladies…I have hypo thyroidism. I am @stay at home mom of 3. I am a very young “63″, I look like I am about “45″ to “50″ years old. I have virtually no wrinkles at all. If I could lose 40 pounds I would probably look even younger. Try to change something in your diet too… I know that most of these pills say that you don’t have to change anything but…. you might be having some food intolerance that work against the pills… For example try to avoid gluten, dairy and fructose (read about these so you will know exactly what to avoid). These are the most common foods that you can be intolerant at and changing this might make the pills work… and not only the pills…. By the way… going back to eating these after your diet, makes you gain back…

I am sorry you are being teased. People that tease you usually how very low self esteem and do it to make themselves feel better. What matters is how you feel about yourself. Do some things that make you feel good inside about yourself. Your weight is not all that you are you are a whole person it is just a small part of you. That being said when you feel good on the inside you will start to look good on the outside and you will be excited about losing weight. Weight loss is a hard thing I am trying myself but I am doing it for myself not because of someone else. I want to feel better physically. I wish you good luck in your weight loss the only tip I have and you need to check with your doctor before you start it I did the atkins diet and did not eat anything that was white-potatoes, flour, white onions, sugar. I ate alot of cheese, nuts (in the small packet for on the run), meat, veggies (raw if you can), not alot of fruit but one a day. I lost 90 pounds. I did gain some back but I try to cut back on white stuff all I can. Good luck, things will be great, think of all the things you will feel like doing when you feel good!
