Does anyone out there know where you can buy the real deal? I have used phentermine in the past and had really good results, now I can not fine it? Please if anyone knows where the real deal is let me know!

It’s great if you realize you have to eat. Exercise does help by hey if you exercise you don’t need the pills. Yes they have side effects once again that is up to you and how important you weight loss is. Don’t stay on them long term, regardless of how good they are working. Do a month and wing yourself off them don’t go cold turkey. Take b12 pills to boost you during this time. Skip a month and go back to them. Don’t totally depend on them do some walking women you like to shop walk the mall or longer distance from your car. I weighed 178/size 14 now am 139/size 6/8 i’m short so that’s good for me but I still have to exercise :) walk when I shop. If I gain 10 I get back on and monitor myself. You have to work at everything.

I love this pill, I’ve been taking it since Jan 09, and lost 29 pounds. My weight was so out of control and I needed to get a handle on it. This pill has helped me get in control. The effectiveness wears off after about three months, but by that time you have developed a good eating habit and know what you need to do to maintain your weight. Yes, it’s true. The dry mouth and the restless nights were pretty bad, but the pills worked wonders on me. I went from 175 down to 140. It took about 5 months for me to loose the weight. I also exercised every other day. My weight went up and down for the next ten years. Now that I am a little older, I am afraid of taking these pills. I don’ even have the energy to exercise anymore. I have gained all my weight back plus 30 more pounds. I feel really misserable all the time.I want to take them again but I don’t think I will have the will power to exercise like I used to. I am in my fifties now, and I am tired all the time.They do work if you take the time to excercise and eat the right foods. I know ,because this was the only way they worked for me.

I took this when I was in my 30’s and it worked…. will the effects be the same now that I am 50? When I am not hungry I have no problem not eating between meals…. willing to work just can’t stand the way my tummy feels when it is empty. Paula

I had a lapband and lost my weight in a year. Then a year later I had a lapband erosion…. they had to remove my band. I weighed 115 at the time. I am now at 128 a month later, my appetite has returned with a vengance! I am looking to take an appetite control drug. Do you all think I should take phentermine? Doc will prescribe it to me. I am NOT gaining back this weight but the hungry monster is after me ;( desperate – was given my heart’s desire and lost my weight with no hunger and great control with the lapband and now my heart’s desire is being snatched away!

I started phentremine in july of 2008, and by august, i had lost 13 lbs.The second month i had lost 12 lbs.I started out weighing 286 lbs, and two months ago i weighed 233 lbs.the pills suppressed my appetite and gave me energy.My docter explained to me that the pills only suppress my appetite but, the real work comes from me.He explained the importance of doing any kind of cardio(power walking, running, swimming, bike riding, etc)for 30-45 minutes, 5 days a week to lose weight, and 3 days a week to maintain weight.He told me don’t worry about counting calories but, stay clear of softdrinks,candy,potatoechips,etc.(Bad Carbs.)Substitute sweets for more fruits and vegetables. Busy people like myself, must prepare light meals for work for the next day.Last but, not least, portion size, and cutoff eating by 8pm.If you have a craving get a piece of fruit to cure the cravings.If you get in the habit of practicing these things now while on the pill, then by the time you get off, it will feel more natural to your body.Now i’m off the pills, and i still practing these methods.I’ll be sure to keep you all updated.
