i’d say the best thing to do would be to ask your doctor. I have diabetes and need to lose weight but i’m not sure whether its the pills or what , but with diet and exercise i seem to maintain my weight ok but i cant lose any of it. If there was some wonder pill out there i’m sure my doctor would advise me to take it.

LZ is just basically fiber-in-a-pill you swallow before meals … it’s supposed to fill you up so you eat less … for the same effect (a sense of fullness) , try eating a few celery and/or carrot sticks before meals … does exactly the same thing! duh!

I bought a TWO MONTH supply of lipozene. I didnt have alot of weight to lose but after 50 it was alittle more in middle. I followed directions even followed the diet plan and was at gym 90 minutes a day 4 days a week. There was no weight lose, middle got bigger and I craved carbs even more. In my mind this product LIES. The only way to lose any weight is to cut down carbs, increase protien and excersize. It’s truely all in your mind. Once your mind realizes what the triggers are you have to make the effort. Less to no carbs, no sodas or energy drinks, and walk, walk walk. If you have cravings at night a small veggie tray with raspberry vinegerette. Filling and zero carbs.

Lipozene is a fraud site with a masked IP address. They steal your info and sell it to criminals. I have spent 2 days at my bank and being questioned by the DEA. They said they are receiving 100′s of complaints. They only stole $136.00 but they are under major investigation. I am willing to bet you will see them on 60 Minutes or 20/20 in the next few months for Internet fraud

As I am reading these comments, it sounds like people are not giving them enough time. 4 weeks vs. 1 year of taking these pills is a long time. Sounds like everyone is complaining because of the money and autoship. However, some people can take pills and other people cannot take pills. I’m using PGX, its from a reputable company, eat healltlhy and exercise a modest amount everyday or everyother day and you will see results. It didn’t take overnight to put on the lard and it won’t come off overnight. Your goal should be to feel better about yourself and gradually lose weight. My problem with this website is it is flogging other products so it is not unbiased!!
