This is a win-win for Hydroxycut because they can tout the study, make it look like it’s clinically proven, but use nearly insignificant amounts and save a ton of money on cost of goods. No wonder why there isn’t a guarantee.

What about Hydroxycut’s Testimonials?

Hydroxycut does have some good before and after pics. Let me quote another very important sentence: “Individuals combined Hydroxycut with a diet and exercise program and have been remunerated. Re-what? Remunerated means to pay. I had to look that one up. Why not write “paid for” or “compensated?” It seems liek they are trying to hide something. It’s very smart, but also kind of deceitful. Furthermore, there are numerous inherent problems with paying people for beore and after pics. I’ll let you imagination go wild.

The thing with this pill is there is a workout regiment required to see these promised results. If you change your diet and work out atleast 5 times a week, you will have accelerated results.

i have been taking hydroxycut for 2 and a half weeks …i have lost 6 pounds already but i constantly feel sick after i take them and i feel like i am never hungry so i only get to eat once a day which isn’t heathly at all …i’m going to stop taking them and see if the side effects go away…go luck to whom ever takes them

I’ve been using Hydoxycut for almost 5 weeks and i see results… you just have to be willing to be able to put some work into it and actually excercise. The first 3 days were ackward because i had to push myself to eat because i really did not have an appetite for anything. I think its pretty good.

I’ve taken hydroxycut twice, once with ephedra and the second time without ephedra. It worked well with ephedra in it I lost about 5 lbs. Without ephedra i maybe lost a pound or two, it does give you the jitters but I wouldn’t spend my money on it again. Try investing in something long term, like a tredmill. Most of our problems are wanting to lose weight the easy way, it just doesn’t work like that. You need to get up and get some physical activity. Try and have a conscc

I have been taking it for years. If you eat “okay” and workout while taking it , you can get results, It helps me. It gives me that extra energy to get through my workouts. If you are one of those people that think you can just swallow a pill and do nothing else and lose weight its not going to work. Lots of water, eat 4 times a day and work out with weights and cardio and it will work!! You have move to lose!

ive started hydroxycut for about a week, ive taken it in the past and liked my results. I’m 24 and 130 lbs and work out regularily. i decided to use it again to help shed a few lbs i gained since i had to cut my hours at the gym due to school. well last night my hands and feet went numb in my sleep and i felt like what i would imagine seizing would feel like. i tried to call out for help and had slurred speech. today hours later i still have the numbness and tingling in my mouth and i dont feel right at all. im actually going to my primary to get checked out. please be careful on this pill

I have taken hydroxycut with ephedra before they banned ephedra. I miss the jitters from the ephedra. Hydroxycut with the ephedra has worked for me. I have as much as 25 lbs in 25 days with the ephedra. The best way to lose weight with hydroxycut is to drink tons of water and do some treadmill, jogging, running,etc. I guess i lost weight with it because of the military. Example I went home 30 days before I went to Okinawa for a yr. A friend of mine recommended Hydroxy cut. His girlfriend lost 20lbs and he lost 25 or more. But he told me to get the powerful formula, drink lots of water, and exercise. This couple slightly changed their diets and made exercise a regular part of their routine. He also said that it gave him an increased amount of energy

But the side effects were still there, i.e. not being able to sleep at night. He didnt mention jitters but I remember him having head aches for extended periods of time (not sure if the head aches were a side effect or not)

I think I’ll consult with my doctor before buying them though, I don’t deal with side effects very well. I’m wondering which is worse, a litle extra weight or all of those side effects

I dunno, it seems to be working for me. It gives me the extra energy I need when I’m at the gym. I’m in the military, 6 feet, 195 lbs. I started taking Hydroxycut about a month ago to tone up and lose 10-15 lbs. Hydroxycut’s label states, “For best results, use Hydroxycut for 8 weeks in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and a regular exercise program.” Honestly, if I had that much damn dedication, time, and commitment, would I really need this product? Bottom line for me, I have not seen any significant weight change (loss or gain) and I run 3-4 times a week. Six pills a day is way too much for me, I have experienced the caffine jitters and I’ve had trouble falling asleep. I will discontinue the Hydroxycut, continue running, but replace the fried foods with fruits and vegetables. I really appreciate the candid feedback…only wish I’d seen it sooner, before I wasted $25.

In stead of taking diets pills i am going to do it the old way work it off and eat healthy that the best way. I used Hydroxycut 5yrs ago, it worked great! I lost 40lbs and Didn’t gain it back until I got pregnant. After I had him, I tried the product again……no luck! I have been taking Hydroxycut for a week now. I get up at 4 in the morning to get ready for work. I take my first two pills at 6 am and then two more at about 3 pm. I don’t take the last two, if I do then I don’t sleep. I haven’t checked to see if I have lost any weight. I am really hoping this will help me in my battle. I am about 60 lbs over weight. I got hurt riding horses last fall and had a baby in July so I have the baby fat blues. With my injuries for getting bucked off the horse I can’t really work out vigorously like I did when I was in my earlier 20’s. I walk and do a few things on the machines I can sit down on. Other than that I don’t get much exercise. The only thing my doc told me was I need to lose some weight to take the strain off my knee then I will be able to work out more often with out the pain.

So here I am trying a weight loss supliment that may or may not work. I guess we will wait and see!
