Guggulbolic Extreme

The makers of Guggulbolic Extreme not only came up with a really funny name for their guggul supplement, but they claim it will help clear up your skin, reduce blood lipid levels, help you lose fat, optimize thyroid gland function, and make you immortal.  Naturally I’m kidding about immortality, but what is the real deal with guggul and with this product?

Guggulbolic Extreme Ingredients

The ingredients here are very simple and apparently yield a total of 60 mg of guggul.  This is actually quite a bit of the stuff.

Guggul is an eastern herb that has been used for hundreds of years in India as part of the “Ayurvedic” system of herbal medicine there.  It has been used for a bunch of different things, but the only thing that western research has been able to back is its application to cholesterol.  It may in some cases help to lower blood lipid levels and cholesterol but this has little direct effect on body fat loss. It would have to be combined with other effective stimulants and thermogenic ingredients in order to reach optimal effect.

Guggulbolic Extreme Pros

  • Guggul can be effective for blood lipids
  • Inexpensive

Guggulbolic Extreme Cons

  • Contains no other effective ingredients
  • Guggulbolic Extreme Conclusion

This is certainly not a bad product, but it doesn’t contain anything but guggul and you are going to need a few more ingredients to maximize your weight loss.  This may be inexpensive, but you will need to invest in other products as well if you want the best formula.  I do not recommend you buy Guggulbolic Extreme as it doesn’t have enough of what you need.
