suggestions.I’m a former weight-lifting champion(no boast,no brag,just making a point)Most people want 2 lose,BELLY FAT,sorry it don’t work like that,u have 2 lost BODY fat from all over..20 to 30 minuets of CARDI0,then sugar and some fat intake,has 2 be restricted,with lots of water,thats the answer.Ever drank an 80z glass o water before ur dinner n see what happens? well try it,U may just be amazed!No I also am strugling with my weight,getting older,it gets harder.But,like me ,dont give up!”BJ”
