Diurex Water Review
Diurex Water Pills are a dietary supplement that aims at eliminating bloating and excessive water weight. Are these Water Pills a weight loss solution? Let’s take a closer look and examine them.
Diurex Water Weight Loss
This product is all about losing that water weight. For someone who is trying to lose real body weight this product is probably not for you. Our bodies contain a lot of water. Take some of that water out and oh my gosh! You lose a few pounds. The problem is you can never retain the weight loss because your body is supposed to contain a certain amount of water. You WILL gain back the water weight as fast as you lost it.
A Whole Lot of Time in the Restroom
Taking a diuretic pill like these water pills, get ready to spend a lot of time in the bathroom because there is only one way to lose that water weight and that is through urination.
Diurex May Cause Dehydration
Something we always tell people who are thinking about taking some of these water pills is to not get dehydrated. It is easy to do when you are taking a pill that is sucking all the water from your body. Dehydration is not fun.
Ingredients in Diurex Water Pills
There are 8 different kinds of Diurex. One of those eight is a formula marketed specifically toward men while the other 7 appear to be aimed toward relief for women, especially regarding menstrual and pre-menstrual bloating.
All the ingredients focus on helping you lose that water weight. There are no fat burners or appetite suppressants in Diurex Water Pills.
Diurex Pros
- Temporary Loss of Water Weight
Diurex Cons
- No potential of losing real body weight
- No fat burners contained
- No appetite suppressors
- Potential of Dehydration
- A lot of time in the bathroom
Diurex Conclusion
Because of the risks of dehydration and the only potential weight loss is going to be water weight, I don’t recommend Diurex Waer Pills.

This isn’t a pill to replace water as a supplement….it is meant to get rid of excess water that is retained within the body.

I take diurex Ultra, as directed on the bottle (2 pills every 3 or 4 hours) with 8 glasses of water or more a day. I have had severe edema prior to taking these, and the swelling has gone down overnight. I pee often but not so much that it inturrupts my day. My face is no loger bloated, and I feel energized but not buzzed. I sleep comfortably other than having to get up twice to pee during the nite. I totally recommend this product for someone wanting to lose excess bloating.

The problem is people, this is not a weight loss solution. If you are not carrying around extra water, mind you I said water not weight, then you will not need to go to the bathroom. This is a pill best used for women who are on or going to start their monthly cycle. The best way to flush out that bloated feeling is too lay off the salt and drink plenty of water. By using this pill and drinking water, you flush out the sodium in your body quicker. If you are a heavy salt eater, you must drink tons of water. Its a great supplement, not a weight loss solution.

Diurex is not meant to be for permanent weight loss.It is only meant to help with premenstrual bloating water weight gain…and yes,it DOES work for the purpose for which it is intended.Taken a few days before the cycle begins can drastically reduce the amount of bloat a woman gets that time of the month.

I have tried these water pills for a couple of weeks. I think it has worked. There are alot of foods that contain alot of salt and these pills have helped. I drink 3 to 4 bottles of water a day and constantly going to the bathroom alot. I noticed that I have lost 2 pounds and when I stop taking them I gain more weight. I am saying you them if you are trying to lose weight, but I have worked out before and never lost weight just gained. Everybody is different so reading everyone’s comments about the pills is interesting.

I have had nothing but great experiences w/Diurex. In fact, I can’t believe I have just found out about it in the passed year! It’s not a weight loss suppliment ladies, it helps you w/water weight gain when you really need it… While menstruating. I used to hate getting dressed up and going out while on girl week, now I actually feel smaller than when I’m not and I’ve found that it helps w/cramps. If you’re looking to lose wt. get your ass in the gym! If you’re looking to feel more like yourself and less fatigued while on your period, then I swaer by Diurex.
