Dexatrim

Dexatrim is very similar to the theories of Charles Darwin in one significant way - it has evolved.  Dexatrim used a drug called Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) which was widely used as a decongestant until it was dropped from many products due to a Yale study and FDA warning that it increased the risk of hemorrhagic stroke in women. Dexatrim soon evolved.

Does Dexatrim Contain Ephedra?

The transformation was the use of ephedrine in its products - but that practice was also discontinued with the prohibition of ephedra. Another one of Dexatrim’s ingredients were banned - I kind of feel bad for these guys.
