Manufactured by a company called Natrol, Cravex is one of many products ranging from mood and sleep to brain and digestive health.  Cravex is under the category of Weight Management and Energy.  It is designed to be a natural appetite control, weight loser, and carb controller.  Sounds pretty impressive, right?  - Well, let’s take a closer look.

Cravex Ingredients

Calcium (as Garcinia cambogia), Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate), Garcinia cambogia Extract, Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA), Green Tea Extract (25% Polyphenols), Polyphenols, and Caffeine.

One of the most promising ingredients within Cravex is Green Tea.  More and more studies are showing positive results due to the use of Green Tea.  The same studies have also shown that Green Tea in combination with caffeine can be even more beneficial. One problem with cravex is the  polyphenol extract, which is only 25%.

However, there are much better ingredients put there, such as Synpehrine, Guggul, Phenylethylamine, etc. Green tea is good, but it DOES NOT justify the price of Cravex.

Does Cravex Work?

Most users experience a little weight loss - but nothing to brag about. Currently, Cravex has pretty low consumer ratings.
