Does Cortislim Work?

Hmmm…Not really. According to consumer reviews, it is a below average weight loss supplement. Let’s take a closer look at Cortislim and find out if there’s truth to consumers’ claims.

What is Cortislim?

Cortislim takes an interesting approach to weight loss.  They claim that when your body gets stressed, you tend to gain weight.  If you can reduce the stress, then you can reduce the amount of weight you gain and actually lose weight.  This is not the first pill to claim weight loss through stress reduction.  Some consumers claim that it is effective and others claim that it was a waste of money and time.  We have found various testimonials and only half claim to have experienced ANY success and most state that the results weren’t significant enough to continue using the product.

How Does Cortislim Work?

It contains key ingredients that calm the body’s response to stress which decreases the level of cortisol (thus the name Cortislim) in the body.   Lowered levels of cortisol are said to then decrease body fat.  When cortisol levels reach too high, it is hard for the body to reach homeostasis which can be very damaging to the body.  One of the side effects of increased cortisol is weight gain.

So What’s Cortislim’s Problem?

The company has a very questionable reputation that makes it harder to recommend.  The FTC has cracked down on them for making outrageous and unsubstantiated claims about weight loss results from Cortislim usage.  They have too many false claims and have not proven to be trustworthy.  We recommend companies that are reputable where you can rest assured that your money is in good hands.

Cortislim For Weight Loss

The amount of weight lost is another problem.  People claim to feel a little stress relief with the product; however, they are generally disappointed with the small results they see physically.  Maybe Cortislim should be marketed better as a mood enhancer/stress reliever than a weight loss pill.
