There are pros and cons of patented ingredients:  The Pro is the effectiveness of the product skyrockets.  The Con is on the manufacturer’s side: patented ingredients are EXPENSIVE.  And companies can’t charge more than $40 or $50 bucks, or people won’t buy it, so now their margins are getting thinner and thinner.

Through our contacts at various nutraceutical companies, we estimate the per bottle cost of Liporexall (for the manufacturer) is around $36.  That leaves $15 for marketing and overhead.  Not quite enough to make a big splash, but good news for the consumer: big bang for your buck.

Slimburst takes a unique turn in the weight loss industry by including a formula that helps burn fat through core cooling rather than the usual increasing of the core temperature.

SlimBurst claims that it is similar to burning calories while shivering - the decrease in temperature makes your body work harder to maintain temperature and therefore burn calories. Not a bad idea. Don’t get us wrong – we love to see low prices and this generally rates a product higher if it is affordable, unfortunately, with nothing else to back Slimburst, we see that it either contains cheap and generic ingredients or the overall price had to be dropped because consumers were not seeing the results that are stated on the web page. It is much easier to sell a cheap diet pill that doesn’t work than to sell an expensive one that still doesn’t work.

Detoxykall was definitely a unique product to review. Generally when gathering information about a new product we get a solid sales pitch from the maker of the product.

After doing some searching, I finally had to look in the FAQ section of the web site to gather any information about the product. What exactly are they trying to hide with this?

Detoxykall is actually a weight loss program. It is a liquid concentration that is part of the program and contains a proprietary blend of several ingredients including Aloe Vera Gel and Hoodie Gordonii.

The rest of the ingredients are pretty mundane. The complaint we have about a proprietary blend is the lack of any facts about how much of any of the ingredients are actually included in the product.

We do admit that Aloe Vera Gel has some great components for improving health and skin, hover, with unknown quantities and origin it is difficult to say if Detoxykall contains enough to be effective. We actually were a little impressed with the liquid concentrate as some consumers really have a hard time taking the usual form of diet aids - pills.

However, we looked at the recommended dosage and twice a day you are to take 60 droplets. I think that it would get really old counting out the drops twice a day…they could have at least included a syringe or something to save you some time.
