The Cis-9 Trans-11, or C9-T11, or CLA is an extract of the active cis-9, trans-11 isomers found in a “rare and exotic plant” called Carthamus tinctorius. This rare and exotic plant is what is known as the Safflower. (You can go to any grocery store and find Safflower oil in the baking section).

Let me tell you I am a guy from India and living in Dubai. With C9T11 article on web I was quite facinated and just gave a last try.
