Just started taking 7-dfb three days ago, I haven’t noticed any side effects, not even frequent bathroom trips (which is what i figured beforehand). however, i haven’t lost any weight yet either :[ ...ill update in four days, hopefully it'll start melting off :] lol.
I this is my second time ordering 7-DFB and I love it. I lost 10lbs in my first 7 day cycle. I am now on my second cycle and can’t wait to see the results. This time I ordered the original Orovo as well. People say that it’s a very effective combo. We will see what happens.

Today is day 2 of being on the 7-dfb. I started by only taking half a dose ( 3 before breafast and 3 before lunch ) On the first day I noticed that I didn’t really care to feel so full of water. Kinda made me nausious. Plus I could feel slight cramps coming on in the intestins, so I drank more water and that made me feel better. I also noticed that I did feel to be in a pretty good mood and wasn’t so tired at the end of my day, but not so high with evergy that I didn’t know what to do with myself like what those energy shots do to me. So I am happy about that. My only goal from this is to cleans my body and loose a little weight. Although I must say that this is my first time taking any diet pill, so I guess what I really hope for is that when I am done taking it I won’t gain it all back plus more. I am eating very healthy and doing light exercise. I will keep you posted on my resualts every couple of days.
Today is day 5 and I have to say that I have gained 1 pound. I am not so happy with these results.
My diet consists of, pills in the morning with water, about 45 minutes later 1.5 cups of multi-grain cereal with 2% milk. 4 hours later I have one power bar (190 calories), 2 hours later more pills with water and 45 minutes after that about 1.5 cups of steamed veggies. 2 hours after that I have 1 190 calorie slimfast. And about 4 hours after that I have one grilled chicken breast, 3 hours before I go to bed.
Through out the entire day I am moving and in the evening after dinner I walk up and down hills for 2 miles.
I am only 5′2″ and weight now 135lbs.
In my opinion that only good thing about this diet pill is that fact that you won’t get bathroom issues as long as you continue to drink lots of water!

I tried a diet of nothing but Slim fast shakes, four times a day. I actually gained four pounds at the end of seven days. The carbohydrate count is way too high and I gain weight on these things. I stopped drinking them. They really arent as healthy as they appear to be. Read the label. YUCK
