Does 7 DayDetox Really Work?

First let’s look at what a detox diet is supposed to do. Over time our bodies collect toxins that cause our bodies to function improperly. This causes us to gain weight. The best way to get our body back in balance is to rid it of toxins. 7 Day Detox claims to rid our bodies of all unwanted toxins, thus helping you lose weight.

So does it work? Yes. It contains all natural ingredients that effectively expunge the toxins from your body. I would not recommend using it on a regular basis. I’m sure the manufacturers would love if you used it every day. However, I recommend using it once every two months or so.

7 DayDetox Side Effects

Users have not complained of any side effects. It will not make you have to set camp in the bathroom. This is NOT a colon cleanse. The excess toxins will exit the body the same way they exit every day: through the urinary tract.

i ordered 2 bottles 1st bottle did lose 2 lbs which i gained back immediately it was water weight and 2nd bottle i did not finish. it’s hard taking 12 pills a day this is insane! and if you take it late you might have a hard time going to sleep even after a 3 mile jog. I have tried so many diet pills and i wouldn’t recommend this one at all.

This did not do anything for me either. It made me jittery for like 10 minutes and then nothing no weight loss and my appetite was bigger!! Do not buy. I am very cautious when it comes to these kind of things and i was very very disappointed.

The 7 day detox did nothing for me. I just pee like a pregnant women every hour and that was it. I felted bloated and gassy alot of the time but other than that no side effect and no result.

I have been taking the 7 day detox for 3 days now, I have lost 3 lbs. I feel like this has cleaned out my colon as expected. I do how ever today my 3rd day have a terrible migraine I am not sure if this is b/c of this Detox pill but I have only had 3 migraines my whole life besides this one. And they other 2 were after giving birth to my children. Has anyone else had this kind of reaction or is this a coincidence?

I’m finishing the 7 day detox pill and conclude it did nothing at all. I took the 12 pills/day faithfully 30 minutes before eating and from what I can tell, it did no good at all. I lost no weight, I had no side effects. I’m guessing it’s more of a hoax than anything else.

I got the 7 day detox pill as part of a promotion. I was skeptical of these short term weight loss pills. They all seem to good to be true but I actually did like the 7 day detox. I didn’t have any of the bad side effects that people usually complain about and I lost 6 pounds in 7 days. I’ll take any weight loss I can get.

Day 2, have lost 3.4 pounds. Taking as directed, before breakfast and lunch. Minor intestinal cramping. Cereal for breakfast and decaf green tea. Light lunch and dinner e.g., plain chicken, vegetable, rice, water. Small portions OK because appetite is suppressed. Started at 150. Goal is 135.

I have taken 3 bottles of 7 day. The first week I took it I lost lbs. After the 1st week I didn’t take anymore and continued my same diet and daily exercise and lost only 1lb. I then ordered another bottle and continued with my same diet…I lost another 7lbs in one week! I am now on my 3 rd bottle and have 2 days left and I’m already down another 4 lbs in 5 days!
You have to take this product exactly as directed and really watch your calorie intake and eat HEALTHY foods. I’ve had a few friends try this as well because of my success and they do not fallow exactly what it says and don’t eat that great of food…and have not had any success. It is also very very important you drink lots of water while taking these pills!

do you have to take 6 capsules at once? that’s a lots of pills to take and is it safe?

Yes 6 at a time. It might seem like a lot but after a couple times of taking them it really doesn’t seem like all that much… I only have 1 side effect when taking these pills and it’s trying to fall asleep at night. other than that I think these pills are awesome! I have a “diseased gallbladder” and diet pills are a HUGE NO. These are the only pills on the market I am able to take. IT’s all natural. It’s worth trying!!

7 Day Detox- Tried it, lost 5 pounds that week, but I also ate healthier and ran everyday. Once I ran out of pills I gained the 5 pounds back. It’s good if you’re looking for some motivation to lose weight, like a jump start, but don’t expect that weight to stay off once you run out of pills.
